Andrew Maniglia - New York Development and Finance Executive
A skilled consultant and executive in real estate development, Andrew Maniglia has a diverse background with experience in finance and public service. Andrew Maniglia presently serves as vice president of development and community affairs at Standard Amusements, LLC, and consultant for Ginsburg Development Companies, LLC.
Mr. Maniglia served in numerous executive roles for over four decades. Most notably, he was the vice president and chief compliance officer at Marine Midland Bank, the director of finance at NYC Educational Construction Fund, and vice president of development at Gilberti, Stinziano, Heintz & Smith. In the latter, he oversaw real estate acquisition and management for diverse property types, including commercial malls and biotech research facilities.
Aside from his career in property development and finance, Mr.Maniglia covered important roles in the public sector. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Maniglia was the deputy mayor of the City of Yonkers in New York, while in 2009, he was appointed to the NYS Job Development Authority by then-Governor David Patterson.
Andrew Maniglia has a bachelor's degree in political science from Iona University, and he attended the University of Bridgeport School of Law. He served as a board member for numerous organizations, including the Westchester County Industrial Development Agency, the Haverstraw Arts Alliance, and the Westchester Philharmonic Orchestra. He is also a skilled piano player and composer. Since 2014, he has been the Folk Group Director at Holy Rosary Church in Hawthorne, New York.
